Product Overview:
This valve consists of a main valve and an externally mounted pilot valve.It utilizes a float that responds to liquid level changes in the water,actuating the pilot valve to control the opening and closing of the main valve,thereby keeping the water level in reservoirs(tanks) and water towers within a specified range,preventing overflow and excessively low water levels.This valve is suitable for automatic water supply systems in various reservoirs(tanks) and water towers in industrial,mining,and civil construction applications,as well as for circulating water supply systems in atmospheric pressure boilers.The main valve opens quickly and closes slowly,eliminating water hammer,and features tight sealing with no risk of flooding.

Disassembly of the Main Valve:
(1)Remove the external piping and control valve.
(2)Loosen the nuts diagonally,screw in the jacking screws,remove the valve cover,and take out the spring.
(3)Unscrew the valve stem stop nut,and remove the diaphragm pressure plate and diaphragm.
(4)Remove the valve disc,rubber seat pressure plate,and large O-ring.
(5)Loosen the valve seat counterclockwise and remove the asbestos gasket.
