The silent check valve is a valve that automatically opens and closes its disc by relying on the flow of the medium itself,used to prevent backflow of the medium.It is also known as a non-return valve,one-way valve,silent check valve,reflux valve,or back-pressure valve.Its main functions are to prevent backflow of the medium,prevent reverse rotation of pumps and drive motors,and prevent discharge of the medium from vessels.It can also be used in pipelines that supply make-up to auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise beyond the system pressure.It is mainly used in clean pipelines and in industrial, environmental protection,water treatment,and high-rise building water supply and drainage piping systems,to prevent reverse flow of the medium.
