The JM744X diaphragm type mud discharge valve is an angle-type shut-off valve actuated by hydraulic or pneumatic power sources.It is typically installed in rows on the outer side wall at the bottom of sedimentation tanks to discharge settled mud,sand,and debris.The diaphragm type hydraulic/pneumatic quick-opening mud discharge valve uses a nylon-reinforced rubber diaphragm to divide the valve into two chambers. Connected to hydraulic or pneumatic power sources and controlled by an electric or manual 4-way 2-position directional control valve,it enables rapid mud discharge.By replacing the piston with a diaphragm,the valve eliminates moving friction,making it more suitable for granular media such as slurry,and greatly extending the valve's service life.
